April 30th: Introduction to Compassionate Communication

5 PM SAUDI ARABIA (UTC+3) | 9 AM UNITED STATES EST

Conflict happens, so learn to navigate it well.  By excavating what’s beneath any friction, you can focus on the deeper motivation and change the conversation to one of connection.  Compassionate Communication  (CC) helps you to compassionately understand your habitual behavior and to translate your judgments.

Guided by NYCNVC facilitator Cat McCarthy, this workshop introduces the key concepts of Compassionate Communication (CC) as a foundation upon which to build a practice.  You will acquire tools of emotional intelligence to help generate new neural pathways for empathy.  With a relationship to your own feelings and needs, you can create stronger connection both inside and out.

There will be a mix of playful exercises and discussion, so please bring an open heart and a curious mind.  Get ready to be surprised!

May 7th: Leadership Yoga and Meditation Practice

5 PM SAUDI ARABIA (UTC+3)

In this workshop, we will take what we learned in our Introduction to Compassionate Communication and use a practical application on the mat. We will meditate and practice yoga, while observing a deeper level of our subconscious mind to explore and expand from within our inner and expressed communications. Furthermore, we will establish consciously our place in the network of our relationships.

"Only from the heart can we touch the sky."
