4-step program for building awareness and healthy habits to connect with your body.
Unlock the Power of your Mind for a Healthy, Strong and Beautiful body though a 4-week holistic path to self-discovery and transformation.
In this program, we will cultivate mindfulness, self-love and awareness through acquiring knowledge and practicing yoga and meditation. We will develop understanding, train our minds and develop new hard and soft skills.
Through this program you will understand why the diets do not work and what works to be able to be happy, to have a healthy and beautiful body, feel energized and refreshed when you eat, while enjoying eating.
Dates: February 1-28, 2021
Venue: ZOOM
Register for the weekly workshops and classes on the website so that you reserve your spot. The program is limited to 20 people.
Materials:
Yoga Mat, blocks, wall, pen and journal.
Format:
Every week there will be a workshop on Mondays and a yoga practice and meditation on Sundays, Tuesdays. The rest of the days you will have the practice of your choice.
In the workshop there will be information shared followed by a yoga and a hypnotherapeutic meditation practice. At the end of the workshop, we will have a debrief.
There will be homework: journaling any observations and night dreams. For further self-exploration we offer handwriting analyses and hypnotherapy sessions.
Each week we will focus on a specific training and the last week we will build a tangible transformational plan that you will stick with for 30 days.
Then we will schedule a one to one session.

Eva Peza
As a Yogi, Eva comes from an ashtanga background with a passion for spirituality, awareness expansion, and energetic practices. She offers a broad spectrum of classes from hypnotic meditation for stress release to vinyasa flow to build body strength and flexibility by connecting movement with breath. Currently, she is continuing her education with Noah Maze and Christina Sell.
